Stick and stay and let us pay is for us as sales people and leaders. The longer you are here the more your future continues to look brighter. How do I define success: To me it has nothing to do with work. My success comes from Loving the Lord and having an incredible relationship with my wife Shannon. We laugh all the time and I love it. It comes from having great kids that know their dad loves them more than anything. Having kids that are successful in what ever field they want to work. Having kids that love deeply and that grow up to be amazing humans. That is success. I am always striving to be a better version of me, I fail a lot however, I keep getting back up and trying again. What is my personal philosophy: Just go to work! Nothing can be done if you’re not in the field in front of people. I am here to serve the people I work with and for. My customers know if they need me I am only a phone call away. I tell them “I take care of the people that take care of me” We have so much to be thankful for and I lose site of that a lot. Love the Lord, serve others, and have fun. If you are with me I want to make you laugh. It brings me joy! |
