Since November 2001 Why FHL? Before leaving my previous career (selling custom clothing to men of means), I asked many of them what their career had that mine didn’t have. The answers I got the most were: Residual income, Leveraged Income and Ownership. When I found FHL and it “checked all the boxes” AND had a product that I 100% believed in (as both my parents benefited from a cancer policy earlier in life), I was in 100%. How did you hear about FHL? A mutual friend thought I’d be good at this. Most recent position before FHL? Family Heritage was my 4th (and final) job in 2001. I started off wrapping up my 4-year career selling suits. Then gave multi-level marketing a shot for 4 months (disliked it greatly….not enough structure). Finally I sold books door-to-door the summer of 2001 to get myself out of debt and get a fresh start. That’s when FHL fell in my lap! Number of Eagles written: 113 as of Founder’s Week 2020 Best week in sales (GAP): $47,254 GAP Awards won: All of them (ha ha!). #1 Rookie year all time over $650,000 in premium Top Sales Agent Top Recruiter Top Team Leader Top Agency Owner 2017 Hall of Distinguished Leaders inductee 2019 Howard L. Lewis Heritage Award winner Future goals? Be the husband my wife deserves. What motivates you? Seeing people that I introduced to this Business reach levels that they only dreamed of before. Helping others achieve success, however they may define it. THAT motivates and INSPIRES me! Advice to new people interviewing... 1.) Identity this career as the “Once-in-a-lifetime” opportunity that it truly is. 2.) Treat it like the “once-in-a-lifetime” opportunity it is by working like someone’s trying to take it from you every day. Treat it like a $1,000,000 a year business (even though it only cost a couple hundred bucks to start) and it’ll eventually PAY you that way. What does true leadership mean to you? True leadership is the result of caring more that other think is wise, risking more than others think is safe, dreaming more than others think is practical and expecting more (from yourself and from those you lead) than others think is possible. How do you define success? To me Success is accomplishing what you want to accomplish regardless of the obstacles you have to overcome to get there. What is your personal philosophy? The obstacles you encounter on your way to success are not there to keep you from your goals. The obstacles are there to make sure that you really WANT IT. And it’s all about graduating from success to significance! |
