The people that I get to work with are some of the highest caliber people I’ve ever met. Also, to be able to provide a product for my community that truly helps if they need it and hopefully they won’t and they still benefit from the product we provide. Most recent position before Protect 1 Family? Operations & Supply Chain for a small First Aid manufacturing company Future goals? Growing my team and helping others achieve their goals. Earning each incentive trip for personal sales and earning my next promotion. What motivates you? To provide for my family and earn a good lifestyle for my future family. Advice to new people interviewing... The opportunities here are endless, just know the systems are in place and they work. All you have to do is fully commit and work the system! What does true leadership mean to you? Leading from the front, caring about the person and not the results they produce, and having a high level of integrity. How do you define success? To hit all of your goals in work, family, and life no matter what obstacles come up and get in your way. If its truly a goal you want to achieve then you CAN get there, it just may be harder than you originally planed. And thats OKAY, just adjust and achieve that goal. What is your personal philosophy? Nobody can do your push-ups for you. My success and failures are on me. Stay focused on your family always, that always comes before anything else. |
