Where do you live/ Where did you grow up? Live in Charlotte, NC. Grew up in Cleveland Ohio Favorite Food? Mexican street corn Favorite quote? Tough times never last, tough people do. College/Major? Heidelberg University. Bachelors degree in Human Health and Performance Special Talents/Hobbies/Free Time activities? My special talent used to be being able to throw a baseball 91mph but that special talent is now a 65mph fastball. I love baseball I played in college and still love the game. Hobbies would have to be anything sports related. I’m a die hard Browns fan till the end of time. No matter what. How long have you been with Protect 1 Family? I’ve been with Family Heritage for 1.5 years Why Protect 1 Family? A few reason, number one is that I am truly making a difference every single day. Also because you can have a career here that will change your family for generations to come. Lastly because of Kyle Schneider our Agency Owner. His enthusiasm, drive and being so genuine really helped me make that jump. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t of made the jump in the first place. Most recent position before Protect 1 Family? Car Sales Future goals? Future goals for me would be by the end of 2023 to hit Market Director for the first time. And then after that in 2024 be a Regional Director. What motivates you? What motivates me are tangible things like going on trips, or if we do a football game incentive, things along those lines are what really motivate me. I love experiences. So the more the better. Advice to new people interviewing... If you are nervous or scared that’s totally okay and normal. We were all in your seat once. But we are going to push all the poker chips in on you and give you all the tools you need to be successful. What does true leadership mean to you? True leadership is someone who leads from the front. Someone who is not barking commands from behind pushing people forward. Others want to see you get down and dirty and rub elbows with them. What is your personal philosophy? My personal philosophy is “if it is to be it’s up to me” and all that really means is no one is going to do this for you. You have to go out there and make it happen and be the one in charge. |
