Love to deer hunt, fish and ride the back country roads with the windows down. Why Protect 1 Family? I love our products, what we do for our clients as far as being there for them through the whole process God forbid they have to use their policies, the fact that we are the only company that gives you a Return of Premium and the fact that the people I work with have now become like FAMILY is amazing!! Most recent position before Protect 1 Family? I was a 911 Dispatcher Future goals? I want to become Regional Director by the end of the year and be able to let Chris retire. I do want to retire within 10 years at the latest. What motivates you? Knowing I get to help protect families. I wasn’t able to protect my Dad before he was diagnosed with cancer but i can protect as many people as possible now. Advice to new people interviewing... Be yourself!! Don’t act like someone or something you’re not be 100% authentic. What does true leadership mean to you? Making sure my team members are the best that they can be.
