What did you do before and what led you to pursue a career with us? I was working with Lowes Home Improvement for about 14 years. My whole life I had worked in retail, so I really enjoyed customer service and just being able to help serve people.
What advice would you give someone joining our team? Give yourself GRACE, when I started I thought I would be perfect and I was far from that. Practice, practice, practice if you do what you are told this will change your life. What accomplishment are you most proud of? My biggest accomplishment is being able to provide for my family. I am building a team and I love to see what this career is allowing their families to do as well. What is your favorite quote? Learn something new every day and teach someone something new everyday. |
