How did you hear about FHL?
I actually knew about the company when it was started because I was an employee of Great American Opportunities Inc. at the time, plus a couple of friends of mine had taken positions with FHL.
Most recent position before FHL?
Executive Director of Downtown Blackstone Incorporated, a Virginia Main Street Organization

Become debt free by retiring my mortgage and college loans by building a six figure residual income stream.

Advice to new people interviewing...
Commit. This job can be an emotional roller coaster and you will experience exhilarating highs and depressing lows so strap in and enjoy the ride but for stay strapped in for the duration. As they say in the field "stick and stay and make it pay". If you put in the effort, the payoff will come but it may not come right away so you have to hang in there until you hit the oasis.
What does true leadership mean to you?
True leadership means being willing to dig in with people and care enough to go the extra mile to help someone become successful. It means setting a good example and being unselfish.
How do you define success?
Achieving your dreams is success and that is different for everybody.
What is your personal philosophy?
Achieving at uncommon levels is 80% mental and 20% physical. If I get my head right my lower extremities will follow.
