How long have you been with FHL?
Since October of 2016
I saw an opportunity to create my own success within a company who clearly values each employee. There is no limit on how much you can grow at FHL. In the past 9 months, I have learned so much about myself and it has been such a blessing to part of the FHL Family. Everyday is different. I am not a "cubicle" type of guy and love to be out and about. FHL has not only given me a great career, but also an opportunity to make a difference in people's lives every single day.

Advice to new people interviewing...
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain when you take a chance with Family Heritage. It will not only provide you with an amazing career but also teach you everything you need to know about yourself to become the best person you can be. Being surrounded with a support team day in and day out is just another one of the perks to joining the Family.
What does true leadership mean to you?
True leadership is being teachable every day and the ability to learn from your mistakes. Staying humble and making a difference in people's lives. A true leader is able to communicate how to do these things while knowing they will never stop learning themselves.
How do you define success?
I don't see success as being financially-based, but as a personal and emotional gain. You can have all the money in the world and be miserable. I find success when I make a difference. Whether that's being able to provide for my family or just simply being proud of the person I am becoming. I will always be successful because I have an amazing family who supports me through everything and that alone is one of the greatest accomplishments anyone can achieve.
What is your personal philosophy?
Never stop growing. Never quit. Be who you want to be and don't ever talk yourself out of it. Don't ever settle for what is comfortable because if you do, you will never reach your goals.
